1. The rangers came and rescued Tally.
2. they gave her new clothes and explained to Tally about the flowers.
3. Tally is dropped off near the "bald head"

"Tally was stuck out here in the wild forever. Ugly for life. Her only way home was to betray her friend."

Tally chose what her own decision. She needs to stop complaining about her choices and deal with them.
